We are a very small business and do not have a designated individual to only answer the phone. We offer the best prices on frogg toggs gear, but this in turn will not allow us to have 10 employees, so please give us time to get your order to you when we state we will.
Refunds and exchanges:
You may return any item for any reason for a full refund within 3 months (Minus shipping) AS LONG AS all suits are in original condition with tags attached, unworn and in the original plastic bag(if applicable). So, if you get a suit as a gift, and you do not open or use it, you can return 3 months later for a refund if you wish. If you need to exchange a rainsuit for a replacement size, please include $7.50 in the form of cash, money order or check for return shipping. For waders and wading boots, the cost is $10.95. Please include your name and the last 5 digits of your order number with your return/exchange, as well as what you need as a replacement.
All suits carry a 1 year warranty against any manufacturer failure.
